Delivery term: FOB CIF CNF CPT |

Delivery time: Generally, the delivery time shall be 20 days after receipt of advance payment, but the machine has to be delivered after receipt of the balance. |

Payment: 30% advance payment shall be paid within one week after signature of contract, and 70% balance shall be paid before shipment. |
||||
Package: Export standard package. The machine shall be packed in ply wood cases, and the crystals shall be packed in cartons. |
||||
Place of loading: Shanghai or Wuhan, China. |
||||
Training: The training time shall be 3 to 5 days. The buyers can come to the sellers' company or the sellers go to the buyers' company for training, but all the charge including the travel charge, accommodation and food etc shall be borne by the buyers. |
||||
After-sale service: If a part is damaged un-artificially, the Sellers will send a new alternative part to the buyers by courier immediately with the seller's charge after receipt of the damaged part from the buyers by courier with the buyers' charge during the guarantee period. The Xe lamp is a consumable part and it is not supported by after-sale service. |

Warranty of Quality: One year after delivery. |
